This is accomplished through an integrated system of services and modern technologies designed to ensure smooth movement throughout the fair halls and provide visitors with a rich and seamless knowledge experience.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the commission has deployed advanced digital information points and more than 17 interactive devices across the venue. It has installed stands featuring QR codes readable by smart devices, enabling visitors to locate publishing houses and participating entities easily.
The commission has also established integrated logistical support centers and implemented a precise system for managing events, workshops, and dialogue sessions, ensuring a comprehensive visitor experience that meets the highest international standards.
The fair facilities have been outfitted to provide a tranquil environment for reading, with dedicated service areas catering to diverse audience needs.
