Madinah: Acting Director General of Passports Major General Saleh Al-Murabba conducted an inspection of passport services at Prince Mohammad bin Abdulaziz International Airport. The aim was to evaluate the services offered to pilgrims and to examine the workflow and procedures that ensure a smooth entry process.
According to Saudi Press Agency, during his visit, Major General Al-Murabba emphasized the need to intensify efforts in delivering efficient services that reflect the quality expected by pilgrims. He encouraged passport personnel to maintain their dedication and continue exerting maximum efforts to serve the needs of arriving pilgrims.
This inspection is part of a series of tours designed to monitor the workflow in passport halls across the Kingdom's various entry points, including land, sea, and air terminals. The goal is to ensure the provision of high-quality services to pilgrims, from their arrival to their safe departure.
