Riyadh: Cluster2 Airports Company has achieved a key milestone, with its customer experience development practices now accredited by Airports Council International (ACI) as an official training reference.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the accreditation recognizes Cluster2's strategic use of customer journey maps and defined personas to improve the passenger experience. These tools have been effectively embedded in all training content within the Airport Customer Experience Designation Program (ACEP).
ACI's adoption of Cluster2's customer experience development practices reinforces the cluster's ongoing success, most notably the recent achievement of Level 2 Customer Experience Accreditation by 18 of its affiliated airports.
