Hail: Hail's gardens and parks have taken on a bright golden hue in recent days as Acacia glauca trees bloom. The blossoms have enriched the city's visual landscape and strengthened its aesthetic identity.
According to Saudi Press Agency, Hail Region Municipality has planted more than 100,000 Acacia glauca trees in public parks and along road corridors in Hail for their sustainable aesthetic and environmental value. The plantings have added a natural appeal to visitors and walkers, coinciding with mild weather in the area during this period.
Acacia glauca is considered to have high environmental and economic value because it can adapt to harsh, arid environments. That makes it an important element in projects to combat desertification and to improve soil fertility. The trees grow in tropical and subtropical areas. Their average annual growth ranges from 80 to 90 centimeters, and they are found in parts of Africa, Asia, and Australia.
