Abha: RAQAF Aseer Local Filmmakers Gathering, organized by the Aseer Region Development Authority in partnership with the Saudi Arabian Society for Culture and Arts branch in Abha, began yesterday. The three-day event is being held in Abha's Al-Muftaha district.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the gathering features screenings of local films, specialized training workshops, and dialogue sessions that bring together local filmmakers and other creative professionals. The event aims to enhance the role of art in serving the community, support ambitious youth, and create an interactive environment for participants to learn from successful industry experiences. This initiative aligns with Vision 2030's goals for the cultural sector.
