Riyadh: A 5.1-magnitude earthquake struck eastern Japan today.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the earthquake's epicenter struck off the coast of Ibaraki Prefecture northeast of Tokyo, and originated in the Pacific Ocean at a depth of 50 kilometers.
There have been no reports of casualties or damage, and no tsunami warnings have been issued.
