Turkish Minister of Interior Ali Yerlikaya revealed that 42 human traffickers were apprehended in Mugla and Izmir provinces west of Turkiye.
Posting on the social media platform X on Saturday, Yerlikaya stated that 25 persons were arrested during operations carried out by security teams and coast guards among them a foreigner who was engaging in human trafficking activity in Mugla.
