Riyadh: The Annual Internal Audit Conference 2025, held under the theme 'A New Chapter,' concluded today at the King Abdulaziz International Conference Center in Riyadh. The event was organized by the Saudi Authority of Internal Auditors (SAIA) under the patronage of President of the General Court of Audit and Chairman of SAIA's Board of Directors Dr. Hussam Alangari. It hosted the executive leadership of the Institute of Internal Auditors, with participation from distinguished local and international specialists and professionals.
According to Saudi Press Agency, Dr. Alangari launched the new identity of SAIA during the conference. The event also featured the unveiling of several strategic projects. The conference included the signing of three cooperation agreements and comprised three main sessions, five panel discussions, and eight specialized professional workshops presented by leading figures in the field from around the world.
The aim was to enhance practices and develop the performance of professionals in line with the Kingdom's objectives. The conference serves as an important professional platform for discussing the future of internal auditing amid the regulatory and technological transformations underway in the sector.
