10th Media Oasis Opens in Riyadh Amid Global Symposium for Regulators

Riyadh: The Ministry of Media announced the launch of the 10th edition of 'Media Oasis' on Sunday, in partnership with the Communications, Space and Technology Commission (CST). Running until September 3, the event is taking place at the King Abdulaziz International Conference Center (KAICC) in Riyadh, alongside the Global Symposium for Regulators 2025 (GSR-25).

According to Saudi Press Agency, this year's Media Oasis spans over 4,000 square meters and is equipped with the latest technologies. The event features several dedicated zones designed to accommodate more than 3,000 international and local visitors, including specialists and enthusiasts in various fields. Among the highlights is the Oasis Valley zone, offering live broadcasts of the accompanying exhibition and the opening ceremony of GSR-25. The event also includes a suite of specialized media and tech services.

The 'Oasis Exhibition' zone showcases Saudi Arabia's transformative projects aligned with Vision 2030 and their connection to digital transformation. Visitors can explore the latest regulatory technologies (RegTech) through immersive, interactive booths and engage with four fully equipped studios for local and international TV networks.

This year, a groundbreaking feature known as 'The Digital Bridge' has been introduced. It is an interactive visual installation that simulates the Kingdom's journey through digital transformation. The experience allows visitors to witness the nation's technological and civilizational evolution, creatively linking human progress with digital innovation, and reflecting the features of the Kingdom's digital future.
