Dar es Salaam: The World Assembly of Muslim Youth (WAMY) continues its humanitarian mission in Tanzania as the 6th Medical Convoy delivers vital medical care to underserved communities. Operating for over ten days, the convoy provides free treatment and medication to hundreds of patients in remote and impoverished areas.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the medical team, comprising general surgery, urology, pediatric surgery, plastic surgery, and orthopaedics specialists, addresses a wide range of urgent surgical cases. Many of these patients suffer from conditions that have gone untreated due to limited access to medical facilities in their regions.

WAMY has expressed profound gratitude to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia-its government and citizens-for their unwavering generosity and support. The organization also commended Tanzanian governmental institutions for their collaboration, which has facilitated the convoy’s operations and ensured its success.

This initiative reflects WAMY’s commitment to providing
critical medical and relief services to the most vulnerable populations worldwide. The convoy reinforces the organization’s mission to build resilient societies and extend the values of charity and compassion globally by alleviating suffering and fostering community well-being.
