SARAJEVO: The World Assembly of Muslim Youth (WAMY) has successfully completed a training program aimed at improving the Arabic language skills of teachers and recent graduates in the Balkans. The program, held at WAMY’s training center in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina, involved 47 participants from various colleges and universities across the region.
According to Saudi Press Agency, this initiative marks the second such program organized by WAMY, focusing on enhancing the communication skills and teaching effectiveness of instructors in Arabic language departments throughout the Balkans. The effort underscores WAMY’s commitment to fostering Arabic language education in non-Arabic speaking regions.
Mohammed Yaser, the Director of WAMY’s Bosnia and Herzegovina Office, highlighted Saudi Arabia’s significant contribution to supporting Arabic language education on a global scale. The program reflects ongoing efforts to strengthen educational ties and promote cultural understanding across different nations.
