Jeddah: The second day of the third Jeddah International Agriculture and Food Exhibition, known as AgroFood Jeddah, highlighted a variety of investment opportunities and cutting-edge agricultural technologies and innovations.
According to Saudi Press Agency, attendees at the exhibition, which is being held at the Jeddah Center for Exhibitions and Events from December 3 to 5, were captivated by the display of artificial trees capable of extracting moisture from the air. This pioneering technology functions by integrating pipes within the tree branches to absorb and transform external gas into potable water.
Countries participating in the exhibition presented the latest agricultural technologies and strategies aimed at improving sustainability across several sectors. These include Arabic coffee cultivation, beekeeping, honey production, and vertical farming techniques for growing leafy vegetables, aromatic plants, and roses.
