According to Saudi Press Agency, the “Staging Robots” dialogue session, scheduled for December 20, will feature AI and robotics artist Louis-Philippe Demers. Demers will explore the evolving relationship between humans and machines through robotics and performance art. Additionally, he will lead a two-day masterclass on “Creative Robotics” on December 20 and 21, guiding participants on creating and controlling puppet-avatars in robotic arts.

On December 21, Saudi artist Lulwah Al-Homoud will present her session “Immersive Geometries,” where she will discuss her innovative artistic methods inspired by mathematics, geometry,
and Islamic art. This follows last week’s workshop led by artist Nasser Alshemimry on “Visual Programming,” which introduced attendees to digital art, new media, and real-time graphics processing.

The thought-provoking “Inside the Mirror” session, led by art historian Leonardo Dellanoce, examined virtual worlds and the metaverse’s impact on reality perception, urging the audience to reconsider the interplay between technology and human experience.
